Tessa only ISA

Until they were discontinued in April 1999, TESSAs offered everyone over the age of 18 the opportunity to save up to £9,000 tax-efficient over five years.

You can no longer apply for a new TESSA only ISA, or make any further deposits to existing accounts as it’s more than six months since the last TESSA matured. If you previously had a TESSA only ISA with us, it became a Cash ISA on 6 April 2008.
