Q. Can I order my currency/traveller’s cheques from the Co-operative Bank?
A. You can order foreign Currency or travellers cheques by either calling customer services on 08457 212 212 or by calling into your local branch.
Your order will be delivered to your home address by special delivery, this will cost £5.00. There is no charge if your order is delivered to a local branch.
Q. Can I put the currency/traveller’s cheques I have left over from my holidays back into my account?
A. You can put traveller’s cheques into your account by signing and counter signing the cheques and taking them to a local branch or sending them with a paying-in slip to:

Please don’t send foreign currency traveller’s cheques to the usual address for normal cheques or pay them in at the Post Office, as they can’t be processed there. However, it’s fine to pay in sterling travellers cheques this way.
Q. Who issues Co-operative Bank traveller’s cheque and what currencies can I order?
A. All traveller’s cheques are issued by American express. Traveller’s Cheques are available in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros
